You are talking about your job with your friend.
You: I hate my job. I want to quit it if it’s possible.
Friend: Why do you think so?
You: Because it’s too hard for me. I’m exhausted now. I want to give up.
Friend: How hard is it?
You: I have to work from 8:30 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. It’s over 13 hours. Can you believe that?
Friend: Oh, that’s bad. But what will you do if you quit your job? I think it’s very hard to find another job.
You: That is the biggest problem.

Friend: How hard is it? (どれだけ大変なの？)
