I have always been interested in Japan's culture and language, so I wanted to be able to experience it firsthand. I am also hoping that I will get better at my japanese. I would like to help other people with my English, so that they can get better too!

Japan has always been a dream destination for me. Its rich culture, beautiful aesthetics, and seamless blend of tradition and innovation felt like the perfect place to explore and grow personally and professionally. As someone passionate about art, design, and psychology, I’ve found endless inspiration here—from the architecture to the way people value mindfulness and creativity in daily life. Becoming an English teacher felt like the ideal way to connect with people and share something meaningful. It’s not just about teaching a language—it’s about helping others build confidence, express themselves, and reach their goals. Plus, it’s a great opportunity for me to bring my interests into the classroom, like using photography, art, and even psychology to make learning more interactive and engaging. For me, teaching is more than just a job; it’s a way to connect cultures, spark creativity, and create an experience that’s as enjoyable for my students as it is for me.

I first visited Japan with my family when I was 8 years old, and I instantly fell in love with the culture. From that moment, I dreamed of living here. In 2015, after graduating high school, that dream came true when I enrolled in a Japanese university. I worked hard to achieve native-level Japanese, and now I work for a Japanese company where I use both Japanese and English every day. 日本に惚れたきっかけは、8歳のときに家族と一緒に日本を旅行したことです。 その瞬間からいつか日本に住みたいとう夢を見初めました。 そして2015年には高校卒業後、日本の大学に進学してその夢を叶えました。 ネイティブレベルの日本語を身につけるために一生懸命勉強し、 現在は日本の会社で働いており、日本語と英語の両方を使っている生活しています。

教師と画家の家系であることから、教える事が向いているとわかり、画家としての世界も守るため、自由に外国語を活かして働けるこの職業を歩み始めました。それ以来、もう長い間、このふたつの世界で頑張っております。

I came to Japan to study Japanese Art and improve my Japanese, i also love to teach people languages like English or French !

I married a Japanese man in April 2024, and now live with my husband in Sumida-ku, Tokyo. In the university in Russia I used to study languages and cultures, and I already knew I want to be an English teacher back then. I wasn’t sure if I want to teach children or adults, so I was seeking for a chance to try everything as much as possible. Now, due to my experience, I think I’m comfortable with teaching all the age groups.

My job transferred me here and I've felt really lucky since then. I really would like to help change the way English is used and taught in Japan so that it can be used more naturally by my students. Listening and reading is important, but so is speaking!

I originally came to Japan to pursue my undergraduate studies, however, I have always had a passion of teaching English to kids. Though I am a native speaker who has been learning English since young, I know the struggle of learning a new language. As of matter of fact, I myself, grew up learning to 4 different languages: English, Chinese, Thai, Japanese. I understand how hard it was for me, so I wanted to help younger children from experiencing what I have, and simply make their studying progress easier and more efficient.

I moved to Japan because I am half Japanese and my family lives here, so it was a natural choice for me. Additionally, I've always had a desire to explore and experience another culture. Becoming an English teacher felt like a natural fit because I love sharing knowledge and helping others learn and grow.

My spouse's work has brought my family to Japan. As a result, I pursue my passion as an English teacher.

I came to Japan to learn Japanese! Being an English teacher was just one of the many ways I thought I could give back to the Japanese people around me, and also enjoy their presence and culture.

Currently, I am a full-time researcher and have passion to teach English as my part-time job.

I came to Japan because I believed Living and working in Japan would allow me to acquire valuable skills and knowledge for my career, which has also granted me an exciting cultural experience and lifestyle, including learning the beautiful language. Furthermore, I believe teaching English in Japan can be one of the most rewarding experiences; in doing so, I have learned more about Japanese culture, the work environment, my students, and myself. Teaching is a fantastic chance to change lives for the better. Helping young students learn English opens doors to new opportunities for them. And helping adult learners enables them to communicate with English-speaking relatives and become more competitive in the global economy.

Japan is a rich tech oriented country. Also, Its culture, heritage are all unique. Peoples are so helpful, honest. So, I love Japanese environment very much. I saw Japanese new generation are trying to improve their English skills to make their own world more expanded. I feel to help them. Because I learn English basic in my childhood

I love the Japanese Rich Culture and fact that they are still very attached to it and and very keen to pass it to their coming generations. I love the delicious Japanese Food.

I came to Japan to study master of business administration at Ritsumeikan Asia Pacific University. I have been teaching English for about 6 years.

The best place to ignite the fires of learning is where people don't normally speak English - Japan is a country where English is taught in school but not practiced too much. I'm here to allow students to practice and gain confidence. First with me, then with the world.

My family started business here so I was born and raised in Tokyo, Japan.
