I grew up in Australia for the first 10 years if my life and now I have been in Japan for 10 years. I have graduated junior high school and high school in Japan.

I want to use my english skills that I attained in Australia and I want to teach Japanese people english since I believe that Japan needs to improve in their English compared to many other asian countries and I would like to support that by teaching

I was in medical school pursuing my dream to be a doctor but I got exhausted and want to take a break from studying so I came to Japan to visit my mom who was working at the U.S Embassy back then. After touring Japan for 3months I decided to work as a fitness instructor for kids in English. I didn’t know that it is my passion and I became so motivated to teach English to people not only to kids but to career oriented people as well.

Make mistakes when learning a language, that's one of the ways you learn. Learning any language takes time and practice as well, so repeat everything you learn and don't stop.

I use customized lessons and make my own materials. I usually make them in advance and the topic depends on the student's preferences. Textbooks may also vary．It depends on what the student wants to learn.

Work is mainly the reason but my hobbies and interest are also parts of the reason why I came to Japan. I was highly influence by Japanese Pop-culture when I was young and continued to be interested in Japanese culture as I grew up. I first started as an English tutor in the Philippines. I taught English to Korean and Japanese students who visited my school It was a really great experience so I decided to take up another Major in college. I graduated as an English Major and passed the Licensure Ezam for Teachers in 2009.

My teaching style is to have active conversations; we can discuss any topic of our choice and have fun while learning, but lessons with me focus on whatever you want to focus on!

I came to Japan because I believed Living and working in Japan would allow me to acquire valuable skills and knowledge for my career, which has also granted me an exciting cultural experience and lifestyle, including learning the beautiful language. Furthermore, I believe teaching English in Japan can be one of the most rewarding experiences; in doing so, I have learned more about Japanese culture, the work environment, my students, and myself. Teaching is a fantastic chance to change lives for the better. Helping young students learn English opens doors to new opportunities for them. And helping adult learners enables them to communicate with English-speaking relatives and become more competitive in the global economy.

I Came to Japan because I need to learn another language and I wanted to experience a new culture and gain new experience. English teaching is more familiar to me, because I am doing that as a hobby. I love to teach students and when they are in to their best level I am having a good feeling about me. I thnik it is a blessing.

Any textbooks the student are required to use.

My family started business here so I was born and raised in Tokyo, Japan.

I was a computer high school teacher back in the Philippines. I prefer to stay in Kapan because I have two Japanese children.
