Lesson Fees & Other Costs レッスン料と諸費用
Lesson Fees (Your Earnings) レッスン料（あなたの報酬）
You receive 100% of the lesson fee directly from the student in cash after each lesson. レッスン料は、レッスン毎に生徒から直接現金で100%お受け取りいただきます。
- Private (1-on-1) / 60 min:1対1 / 60分: ¥3,000
- Group (2 students) / 60 min:2対1 / 60分: ¥4,000 (¥2,000/person)
- Group (3 students) / 60 min:3対1 / 60分: ¥6,000 (¥2,000/person)
(Note: 90-min lessons are 1.5x the 60-min rate.) （注：90分レッスンは60分料金の1.5倍です。）

Tutors generally cover their own transportation costs.
原則として講師の自己負担となります。
- Exception 1: If the lesson is outside your preferred area, you may ask the student to cover the extra cost.例外1：希望エリア外でのレッスンの場合、差額実費を生徒に請求できます。
- Exception 2: For lessons at the student's home, the student must cover your full transportation cost.例外2：生徒自宅でのレッスンの場合、交通費は全額生徒負担となります。
- Copy Fees:コピー代: If you provide photocopies, you may ask the student to pay ¥10 per page. 副教材のコピーを準備した場合、生徒に1枚10円を請求できます。
Please Note:ご注意： As mentioned above, tutors cover their own costs for transportation (in most cases), drinks, and materials. 上記の通り、交通費（原則）、飲食代、ご自身の教材費は講師の自己負担となります。

Can I sign up if I'm not in Japan? 日本国外から登録できますか？ +
No. Please sign up after you arrive in Japan, as a local address and phone number are required. Profiles for teachers outside Japan will be deleted. いいえ。日本の住所と電話番号が必要なため、日本に到着してからご登録ください。日本国外の講師のプロフィールは削除されます。

No. We only accept teachers currently in Japan with a valid visa. We cannot answer visa-related questions. いいえ。有効なビザを持って現在日本に滞在している講師のみを受け入れています。ビザ関連の質問にはお答えできません。
How long must I be in Japan to register? 登録するにはどのくらいの期間日本に滞在する必要がありますか？ +
At least four months. Students pay for contact information expecting teachers to be available for several months. 少なくとも4ヶ月です。生徒は、講師が数ヶ月間レッスン可能であることを期待して連絡先情報を購入します。

What is the flow from trial to paid lessons? 無料体験から有料レッスンまでの流れは？ +
The process is as follows: プロセスは以下の通りです：
- We send you a lesson inquiry for a new student. You reply if you are available.事務局が生徒様の希望条件を講師にご紹介し、レッスン可否をご返信いただきます。
- If available, we send contact info to both you and the student. You must contact the student to arrange the trial lesson (date, place, etc.).レッスン可能な場合、双方に連絡先をお知らせします。先生から生徒様に連絡し、体験レッスンの日程、場所などを決定します。
- Report the trial lesson date to the office.日程が決定したら、事務局へご報告ください。
- Conduct the free 60-minute trial lesson. (No payment or reward is provided for this lesson).60分間の無料体験レッスンを実施します。（このレッスンに対する報酬は発生しません）。
- Report to the office that the trial is complete.体験レッスン終了後、事務局へご報告ください。
- The student completes membership registration (pays admission/monthly fees), and then paid lessons can begin.生徒様が入会手続き（入会金・月会費の支払い）を完了された後、有料レッスンがスタートします。
What should I do when a student first contacts me? 生徒から初めて連絡があった時、何をすべきですか？ +
Be prepared! Decide on a well-known meeting place, know your available schedule, and be ready to explain your teaching methods. Asking about their study history shows you care. 準備をしましょう！有名な待ち合わせ場所を決め、空いているスケジュールを把握し、ご自身の指導方法を説明できるようにしておきましょう。生徒の学習履歴を尋ねることで、関心を示すことができます。
What is the cancellation policy? キャンセルポリシーは？ +
Please notify each other at least 24 hours in advance. For same-day cancellations (within 24 hours), you may charge the student the full fee for a 1-hour lesson at your next meeting. However, we do not guarantee this payment. Please discuss this policy with your student in advance to avoid trouble. お互いに少なくとも24時間前までにご連絡ください。当日キャンセル（24時間以内）の場合、1時間分のレッスン料全額を、次回のレッスン時に生徒様に請求することが可能です。ただし、弊社がこの支払いを保証するものではありません。トラブル防止のため、この方針については事前に生徒様とよくご相談ください。
Who pays for drinks or textbooks? 飲食代やテキスト代は誰が支払いますか？ +
Both teacher and student pay for their own drinks and textbooks. You can recommend materials, but students purchase them on their own. 講師と生徒が、各自の飲食代とテキスト代を支払います。あなたが教材を推薦することはできますが、生徒はご自身で購入します。
How do you find students? どうやって生徒を見つけていますか？ +
Most of our students find us through ads in local magazines, newspapers, or our Japanese language website. 生徒のほとんどは、地域の雑誌、新聞、または私たちの日本語ウェブサイトの広告を通じて私たちを見つけます。

You are paid in cash directly by the student after each lesson. You can ask for payment at the beginning or end of the lesson—whichever you're comfortable with. レッスン終了後、生徒から直接現金で支払われます。レッスンの最初または最後の、ご自身がやりやすいタイミングでご請求ください。
Is it okay to receive bulk payments? レッスン料をまとめて受け取ることはできますか？ +
No. To prevent trouble, please do not accept or request bulk payments for lessons. Always collect the fee after each individual lesson. いいえ。トラブル防止のため、レッスン料のまとめ払いや、その請求はご遠慮ください。必ずレッスンごとに料金を現金でお受け取りください。
What costs am I responsible for? 講師が負担する費用は何ですか？ +
Tutors are responsible for their own transportation (with some exceptions), their own drinks/food at cafes, and their own textbooks or materials. 講師は、ご自身の交通費（一部例外あり）、カフェでの飲食代、ご自身のテキスト・教材費を負担します。
What if a student asks for a receipt? 生徒に領収書を求められたら？ +
If a student asks for a receipt, you can download and use our form. Please write your name on it and give it to the student. 生徒に領収書を求められた場合は、私たちのフォームをダウンロードして使用できます。ご自身のお名前を記入し、生徒にお渡しください。

Please provide at least one month's notice. Delete your record from the database at least one month before you stop teaching or leave Japan. 少なくとも1ヶ月前に予告してください。指導を辞めるか、日本を離れる少なくとも1ヶ月前に、データベースからご自身の記録を削除してください。
