Hi my name is Francis. My goal is to design a lesson to fit the students English needs so they can see progress in their English abilities. I am an English teacher with a lot of experience teaching English both as an Assistant Language Teacher and as a English Conversational Teacher. As an Assistant Language teacher I have experience teaching both Elementary Schools and Junior High Schools. In 2013 I worked as a Junior High School ALT and was also given the responsibility to create a Curriculum for other ALT's to follow. As a conversational teacher I have experience teaching older students who are retired adults, adults in business, college students, high school and junior high school students, and children. I have experience creating a curriculum for students individually so students can achieve their English Speaking goals.
