Hi, my name is David, most people call me Dave! I am a very easy-going, friendly sort of guy who loves to meet new people and talk. I have done lots of English teaching in Japan for adult and child learners, some of my favorite teaching was tutoring elementary school students. But I also like to work with dedicated English learners striving for goals in business and university. I also enjoy the social aspect of private English lessons and have made many friends while working in Japan.
I have good teaching experiences and qualifications, so I can make the lessons the student wants and needs. I can find resources and lesson ideas myself but I will follow the student's guidelines. As students are paying customers, I will do everything to make the lessons as worthwhile as possible. There is a saying in English, 'The customer is always right'. I always follow this principle in work.
Right now I have lots of time so I am very flexible in what time you want your lessons. I look forward to hearing from you!
