Hi everyone, thanks for stopping by my profile and taking a look. My name is Roger so you can call me Rogersan if you want too.
I am a student at Ritsumeikan Asia Pacific University in Oita and I have had a lot of experience teaching English to students of all ages from pre-school to adults and enjoy it very much.
I like to to teach but also making lessons fun and English lessons enjoyable as well. If you enjoy learning English then you should join me and I will further expand your English knowledge.
I am very genki and tanoshii and can speak a little Japanese so if you are having problems I can help to translate or make it easier for you to understand so please do not be shy or nervous and lets study English the fun way together!

I have a vast experience in teaching English to students of basically all ages since I am actively involved in teaching both for monetary reasons as well as volunteering which also tend to include cultural exchanges. I have taught in private and public schools for mostly short term and exchange classes through exchanges with organizations including universities and professionals but mostly my main experience is with children under the age of 15 particularly elementary school age.
I strongly believe that the students will emulate what the teacher does so it is essential the teacher effectively puts forth an attitude that not only should reflect what is in class but also on a regular basis and keep the students motivated and encouraged to learn. I take an approach that is enjoyable yet challenging for the students so that they learn what is being taught but more importantly, they enjoy it while learning so that future learning can be enthusiastically pursued.
I am genuinely enthusiastic about children and have a high tolerance level and patient but what makes me stand out among my peers is my commitment and friendliness and amiable approach to children and their immediate positive reaction is what ultimately makes it worthwhile.
