英会話を勉強する生徒へアドバイス

Teaching is a never-ending process that Human beings get from their formative years until such time when everyone is Mature enough to apply what has been learned.
My intention to be one effective teacher has been a part of my person because in my past experiences, I have proved that by way of teaching I was able to come up with people who excelled in the fields of endeavor that they chose to do.

The foremost challenge in Teaching that I have experienced in Japan is the ability to impart communications in 2 levels of languages for further understanding. Another thing is patience which when taken cared of properly leads to better understanding of the subject being talked about.

The important points that make a good lesson is preparedness, understanding of what lesson will be taken up and the ability to impart to the persons what is in your mind so that better understanding will happen.

I have always been a teacher in any field of endeavor that I do because I strongly believe that sharing ones knowledge to others is the step to success in anything that takes its first step. Teaching is not only about the academics but values and discipline that are the best components of learning. I have experienced teaching at 2 Senior High Schools in Kanagawa as ALT and currently teaching Business English in a private company The experience in the handling of Workshops in the making of TV production which entails a lot of details and manpower the training of the Performing Artists from their Audition to the World Competition, the International experience in the training and developing actors for Film and TV entails teaching based on experience. In the past, I handled Human Resources Development training in one Company where Architects and Engineers were taught CAD operation (Computer Aided Design) and that experience gave me the hands on experience of being able to teach.
