Hello, my name is Randy Keiper. I currently reside in Chiba Japan and have little experience teaching English, but have many years of experience teaching adults on how to do their newly assigned jobs. in the military i taught new recruits how to properly fill out and proof read many different types of paperwork as well as teaching them how to properly inspect vehicles/equipment around the work area. i have been to many different places inside and outside america and have the knowledge of how to train people from different parts of the world. i would like to use that knowledge to gain experience in teaching English and better my teaching/ training skills to one day help others achieve their goals.
