Hi I'm Brook. I’m a dedicated, hard-working teacher who always strives to get the best from all my students. My number one philosophy in the classroom is that you learn best when you are enjoying yourself. I'm a fun person and I love talking to all kinds of people.
I am a full-time English teacher at an international school where I have experience teaching students from age 2-15. I enjoy working with students of all ages. I get on well with people and enjoy making their English learning experience as fun as possible. I have experience teaching conversational English to adults as part of English/Japanese language exchanges. I love teaching and I will make you love learning English!
In my role as English teacher I have experience teaching ages 2-15. I teach a preschool class (ages 3-6) where students learn through play, crafts and teacher-led learning covering a range of topics. I currently teach after school classes to students aged 6-12, in these classes I teach vocabulary and grammar in the most engaging way possible using activities and games. I am proud to say I am now a confident and capable teacher. As well as planning my own class content I can build good working relationships with students and adapt my lessons depending on the mood of a particular class.
