I’ve always been fascinated by Japanese culture, language, and traditions, so coming to Japan felt like the perfect opportunity to experience it firsthand. I wanted to immerse myself in a completely different environment, and Japan has always stood out to me for its mix of modern innovation and deep-rooted history.
I became an English teacher because I genuinely enjoy helping others learn and grow. Teaching allows me to share my language and culture while also learning from my students. It’s rewarding to see their progress and be part of their journey. Plus, teaching in Japan gave me a chance to combine my passion for education with my love for cultural exchange.
I’m originally from Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia and I’ve been living in Japan for many years. I came here because I’ve always been interested in Japanese culture and language, and I wanted to experience life in Japan while doing something meaningful.
