The primary reason for my arrival in Japan is the ongoing war in Ukraine. Prior to this, my family and I lived as refugees, first in Bulgaria and later in Romania. We were ultimately granted the opportunity to come to Japan through my family’s lifelong involvement in karate. A supporting organization generously provided us with support, enabling us to continue our athletic development and pursue education here.

I have chosen to become an English teacher in Japan because I understand firsthand the challenges of mastering a foreign language. English is my third language, and Japanese is my fourth. Despite my age, my experience working across various schools over the past two years has taught me a great deal. I have developed strong skills in lesson adaptation, understanding diverse teaching methodologies, and catering to the individual needs of each student.While financial stability is undoubtedly important, my primary motivation is to find fulfillment in my work. I am deeply energized by human connection and the ability to help others. Knowing that sharing my knowledge and experience directly contributes to someone else's growth brings me immense joy. This purpose inspires me to continuously improve and advance further in my professional journey.
