2,000 yen/ hr for online group lessons (up to 4 students).
4,500 yen/hr for individual online lessons.
5,000 yen/hr for corporate online or in-person lessons.
I prefer a good balance of conversation and learning from materials based on recent trends or events. I do cover grammar points, but not too heavily. Texts will usually be based on current affairs and the news. Sometimes I may ask students to look at a Japanese news story and explain it in English - this introduces many English grammar patterns and everyday expressions. Sometimes I create my own custom materials to focus on certain parts of English.
