17 years ago I came to Japan on a 2 month home stay. I was living in the Nihonbashi area of Tokyo at the time, and fell in love with Kamakura on a trip there one weekend. I decided to come back and live there for a year.
I became an Eikaiwa teacher to make this happen. My original plan was to stay a year but it has been almost 15 years now. I enjoy helping students on the road to becoming great English speakers!
