Although the primary goal of a teacher is to transfer the nuts-and-bolts factual material of the course, my objectives also include the nurturing of student's critical thinking and creative problem solving skills, and their capacity to take the material and make it their own. Unlike some teachers interested in fostering creativity, I am not against rote repetition. I believe that repetition, disciplined study, and homework all play an important part in the learning process, as do fun, experimentation and play...I have a very good idea about the best way for you to learn English.
