I was born and raised on the North Shore of Oahu (Hawaii), graduated from Kahuku High School and University of Hawaii at Manoa, where I studied and majored in Speech Communication. I have about ten years experience in customer service, five years in management, and have held several administrative assistant and supervisory positions in the past. Being the oldest of eight siblings has taught me to be efficient, calm, detail-oriented, and a master at multitasking.
