Hello there! My name is James and it's great to meet you! I am a kind and friendly teacher and I like my lessons to be a happy, fun time. I am also a good teacher though, and am very good at explaining English and I also like to offer 'real' English.....English that is spoken but that you may not learn in books (e.g. 'goodbye' is NOT said, we actually would say 'See you!'). I am a good listener and I only 'correct' people at the END of a conversation, discussing what could be improved and explaining why.

I have been teaching privately for the last 2 months. I'm a very popular teacher with my students! I speak clearly and am easy to understand....and speak British English!
I taught in Ibaraki for 1 year at a private school. There, I taught people from the ages of 1 - 70!
I also taught for a year in another private school in South Korea, and before that I taught for a year in Thailand.
