Hello. My name is Fem Matmat. I am from the Philippines and have been teaching English as a Second Language for six (6) years. - I have worked in a Voiced Customer Support job both for technical and sales accounts for American Companies and since then have acquired a neutral English accent.
- I have taught several non-English speaking students both in a classroom setting, online and one-on-one from year 2007 until 2013.
- I have a high rating for Test of English for International Communication (TOEIC) Speaking and Writing Exam in pronunciation, intonation and stress that was taken last March 2015.
- I am a passer of Berlitz and Versant Speaking Examination.(This is a Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) / Customer Service Qualification Requirement.
