Hello! My name is Ariel and I was a college professor of philosophy for six years before fulfilling my dream of moving to Japan in June 2019.
I am a published and award-winning poet, and I also have experience as an academic writer. I have six years of experience teaching students how to be strong writers, confident speakers, and great arguers and negotiators.
I have been teaching English in Japan since August 2019 to students ages two to adult. My English teaching experience ranges from helping students prepare for exams such as TOEFL and EIKEN, to helping students prepare for interviews for study abroad programs, to teaching children phonics, to teaching business and legal English, to teaching conversational English.
