My French national company sent me to Japan for work 20 years ago. After three years, I decided to open my own restaurant (French buckwheat galettes) and began teaching cooking classes in both French and English language.
Because my students enjoyed it, I decided to pursue a career as a full-time language instructor.
私のフランスのリゾート会社は、20年前に仕事のために私を日本に送ってくれました。
3年後、私は自分のレストラン（フランスのそばガレット）を開くことに決め、フランス語と英語の両方で料理教室を教え始めました。
