I have worked for over a year as an Assistant Language Teacher in Japanese Junior High School. I worked not just as an assistant to Japanese English teachers but often took the lead teacher role. This included planning lessons including warm up activities, presentations, checking of understanding and practice activities for speaking, listening, reading and writing in English. My students were aged 12-15, in classes of up to forty. I also taught students with physical, mental and emotional disabilities.

Position Description
I taught English in a private language school from January to December 2010. I taught all ages from three years upwards. My classes could be one to one or groups of up to seven.
