I have many hobbies and am always trying to learn new things, so I enjoy learning about what my students are interested in. This leads students to speak a lot during my lessons. If students aren't capable of expressing themselves, I really focus on getting students to a conversational level as quickly as possible as I believe real communication leads to learning. Once students can communicate, I base the lesson on their needs by conversing and noting what students need, creating every lesson during the lesson. This requires a lot of understanding about how English works. Because of that, I can explain vocabulary and grammar really well. I can also teach a variety of skills or for tests.
