Hello! I'm Bhagya Deshapriya, an English educator with a diverse academic background, including a Master's in Business Management and a Bachelor's in Marketing Management. Originally from Sri Lanka, I moved to Japan to immerse myself in its rich culture and educational landscape. With over five years of experience in higher education, I've had the privilege of teaching and mentoring students from various disciplines, fostering their academic growth and critical thinking skills. Currently, I am preparing for the TOEFL to further enhance my English proficiency and teaching capabilities.

🌱 日本に来たきっかけ・英語先生になったきっかけ
I moved to Japan to immerse myself in its rich culture and educational system. The opportunity to teach English here allows me to experience firsthand the unique blend of tradition and modernity that defines Japan. Additionally, Japan's emphasis on education and its welcoming environment for international professionals made it an ideal destination for personal and professional growth.
My decision to become an English teacher stems from a deep-seated passion for language and communication. Having completed my Master’s in Business Management and a Bachelor's in Marketing Management, I recognized the pivotal role that English proficiency plays in global business and personal development. Teaching English enables me to contribute to others' growth while continuously learning and evolving in a dynamic field.
