I came to Japan to study and learn the cultures and behaviors of the Japanese citizen. In my opinion, living in Japan can help me become more disciplined. I want to be an English teacher because I have a passion in linguistics and I enjoy helping people learn the language. I have been speaking English my whole life and I want to share that with the students. |

My major was the initial reason why I came to Japan. However, I started finding myself more reasons to stay in Japan and pursue a career in becoming an English teacher. I started it as a part-time job and I feel like it is now a passion of mine to influence the younger generation of Japan to connect globally by first building their English skills and then assisting them in whatever they need in order to build these skills. |

I have always been fascinated by Japanese culture. I love the food, the people, the history, and the language. When I had the opportunity to move to Japan to study for my International Relations degree, I jumped at the chance. I have been studying in Japan for the past four months, and I have loved every minute of it. I have broadened my view of Japanese culture, and I have learned so much about the country and its people. Also had the opportunity to practice my Japanese language skills, which has been a great challenge and a lot of fun. I want to become an English teacher because I want to help people communicate with each other. I believe that English is a powerful tool that can be used to break down barriers and build bridges between many cultures. I also believe that everyone deserves access to quality education, regardless of their background. I am passionate about helping my students reach their full potential, and I am committed to providing them with the tools they need to succeed. I first visited Japan as a young child, and I was immediately captivated by the country. I loved the way the people were so friendly and welcoming, and the rich culture and history were fascinating. I knew that I would come back someday, and I knew that I wanted to pursue higher education in the country. I also wanted to teach English to the Japanese people, as I believe that it is an important skill for them to have in today's globalized world. My mother and my grandfather are both professors at a university, and they have always instilled in me a love of learning. They have also shown me the importance of giving back to the community, and I believe that teaching is one of the best ways to do that. I have seen firsthand the impact that they have had on their students, and I know that I want to have the same kind of impact on the lives of others. I am excited to start my career as an English teacher, and I am sure that I can make a positive impact on the lives of my students. I believe that I have the skills and the passion to be a successful English teacher. I count myself as a hard worker, and I am always willing to go the extra mile. I am proficient at communicating and I am able to connect with people from all walks of life. I am excited to start my career as an English teacher, and I am confident that I can make a difference in the lives of my students. |
