???? Learning English becomes an exciting exploration of your passions and ideas! ????

In my personalized 60-minute sessions, we’ll transform English learning into a dynamic and engaging experience centered around your unique interests. Love art or calligraphy? We’ll discuss techniques, famous works, and create imaginary masterpieces while expanding your vocabulary. Passionate about photography? Let’s explore storytelling through images and learn to describe the world from behind the lens. If interior design excites you, we can talk about styles, create your dream space, and build the language to express creative concepts. Are books your thing? Together, we’ll dive into thought-provoking stories, analyze characters, and share ideas. Or perhaps you’re fascinated by psychology? We’ll explore topics like human behavior, mental health, and even mindfulness practices, all while improving your conversational skills.
With my expertise in creative fields and psychological studies, every lesson is tailored to engage your mind and spark meaningful conversations. Whether you’re looking to express yourself more fluently, grow your confidence, or simply enjoy learning through what you love, I’m here to guide and inspire you. 日本に来たきっかけと、英語講師になったきっかけ

Japan has always been a dream destination for me. Its rich culture, beautiful aesthetics, and seamless blend of tradition and innovation felt like the perfect place to explore and grow personally and professionally. As someone passionate about art, design, and psychology, I’ve found endless inspiration here—from the architecture to the way people value mindfulness and creativity in daily life. Becoming an English teacher felt like the ideal way to connect with people and share something meaningful. It’s not just about teaching a language—it’s about helping others build confidence, express themselves, and reach their goals. Plus, it’s a great opportunity for me to bring my interests into the classroom, like using photography, art, and even psychology to make learning more interactive and engaging. For me, teaching is more than just a job; it’s a way to connect cultures, spark creativity, and create an experience that’s as enjoyable for my students as it is for me.

Policy 1: Inclusive Cultural Exchange Framework

This policy promotes a rich and inclusive cultural exchange within the English language learning environment, fostering a deep understanding of diverse cultures and perspectives.

We implement this through cultural integration sessions, where we integrate regular cultural exchange sessions into the curriculum, where students are encouraged to share aspects of their own culture, traditions, and experiences.
Next is Cultural Awareness Assignments, where we assign projects and assignments that require students to research and present various aspects of a chosen culture. Emphasis will be placed on language accuracy and fluency in presenting the information.

Finally is Multicultural Collaboration, where we encourage students to collaborate on projects with peers from different cultural backgrounds. This collaboration will extend beyond traditional classroom settings, fostering friendships and an appreciation for diverse perspectives.

Policy 2: Conversation-Based Language Learning

Objective:
To enhance English language proficiency through immersive conversation-based learning, emphasizing practical communication skills in real-world scenarios.

We implement this by prioritizing interactive and discussion-oriented classroom activities over traditional lecture-based teaching methods. We create an environment that encourages spontaneous and natural conversation among students.

Next is Real-World Simulation Exercises: Design simulation exercises that replicate real-life scenarios, such as job interviews, travel situations, or business meetings. This approach will provide students with practical language skills applicable to various contexts.

Finally is the Peer-to-Peer Language Exchange Program, where we facilitate a program where students can pair up with peers looking to practice English. This exchange will encourage mutual learning, providing students with opportunities to teach and learn from each other.

By implementing these policies, the English language class will focus on linguistic development and provide a platform for students to appreciate and learn from each other's cultures, fostering a more comprehensive and enriching educational experience.

The educational policy I will follow is the "Every Student Succeeds Act" The act was passed in 2015 as a replacement for the No Child Left Behind Act. The goal of the Every Student Succeeds Act is to give states more flexibility in how they implement educational reforms. The act also places a greater emphasis on school choice and accountability for student outcomes.

During my high school years, I encountered a volunteer flier posted by my school seeking a teacher with a high proficiency level in English. Intrigued by the offer, I decided to apply for it and was subsequently accepted for an eleven-month tutoring position. Initially, I found the experience to be challenging and difficult as I struggled to effectively communicate with the children and understand their needs. However, through collaboration and open communication, I was able to establish a rapport with the students and effectively facilitate their learning. Overcoming these initial difficulties proved to be a straightforward process, and each day presented new opportunities for growth and development. I found that being their friend and companion will lead to more results rather than being a teacher who simply expects to understand and comprehend. Throughout my time as a volunteer teacher, I found the experience to be both enjoyable and adventurous. Not only did I have the opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of my students, but I also learned a great deal about myself and my capabilities.

日本に来たきっかけと、英語講師になったきっかけ

I have always been fascinated by Japanese culture. I love the food, the people, the history, and the language. When I had the opportunity to move to Japan to study for my International Relations degree, I jumped at the chance. I have been studying in Japan for the past four months, and I have loved every minute of it. I have broadened my view of Japanese culture, and I have learned so much about the country and its people. Also had the opportunity to practice my Japanese language skills, which has been a great challenge and a lot of fun. I want to become an English teacher because I want to help people communicate with each other. I believe that English is a powerful tool that can be used to break down barriers and build bridges between many cultures. I also believe that everyone deserves access to quality education, regardless of their background. I am passionate about helping my students reach their full potential, and I am committed to providing them with the tools they need to succeed. I first visited Japan as a young child, and I was immediately captivated by the country. I loved the way the people were so friendly and welcoming, and the rich culture and history were fascinating. I knew that I would come back someday, and I knew that I wanted to pursue higher education in the country. I also wanted to teach English to the Japanese people, as I believe that it is an important skill for them to have in today's globalized world. My mother and my grandfather are both professors at a university, and they have always instilled in me a love of learning. They have also shown me the importance of giving back to the community, and I believe that teaching is one of the best ways to do that. I have seen firsthand the impact that they have had on their students, and I know that I want to have the same kind of impact on the lives of others. I am excited to start my career as an English teacher, and I am sure that I can make a positive impact on the lives of my students. I believe that I have the skills and the passion to be a successful English teacher. I count myself as a hard worker, and I am always willing to go the extra mile. I am proficient at communicating and I am able to connect with people from all walks of life. I am excited to start my career as an English teacher, and I am confident that I can make a difference in the lives of my students.

I've been working as an English teaching assistant, alongside an English-speaking Japanese teacher, for students between the ages of 4-11. The classes consist of integrating games and fun activities into teaching very basic English, such as colors, animals, and numbers.

I also currently have a part-time job teaching one on one with an older male every Sunday for approximately two hours. The lesson is very casual, as he simply wishes to get better at speaking English. I come up with different questions to ask him as well as some Japanese sentences for him to translate into English as practice.
