My duties was to make sure all coffee served was at an exceptional standard, where bringing out the coffee’s individual characteristic was an everyday challenge with the four different brewing method (Espresso, siphon, pour over, cold drip). I have also educated and shared my coffee knowledge to anyone who was curious minded as the concept of specialty coffee and other brewing method was new to some customers.

As a translator, I have the NATTI semi-professional license in translation and interpretation from Japanese to English and English to Japanese. Although it is due to renew, my past freelance job description includes helping out translation of old World War 2 letters from Japanese soldiers, movie dialogues for TV channels, advertisements for international business, real estate, legal documents, licenses, medical documents, essays and graduate thesis. I have also volunteering experience in translating and interpretation in various anime and manga.
