I came to Japan as an Akidoist student, I have always been fascinated with the martial art since I was in high school, and the sport is trendy in the US, but I wanted to experience it in Japan and practice in a Japanese Dojo, it always has a dream of mine to come to Japan since I was a child, after my first visit I felt that this the place for me and about a year later, I moved here

I came to Japan for work with Toyota , stayed with them for 5yrs and left .

I came to Japan as a Disney cast member working in the entertainment department at Tokyo Disneyland. I moved to Fukuoka later and began teaching and modeling to be close to my family.

In my opinion, learning from our everyday lives is an effective way to learn a language. Popular media, news, articles, menus, or even billboards all provide ways to practice what you know, and learn things that you do not know yet!

If a specific textbook is requested, we can follow the source material at your, the student's, pace.

Popular textbooks for new learners are New Horizons, or Sunshine. For adults, a popular textbook is Total English.

As I traveled the world, Japan had always been an intriguing destination. From the bustling mega-cities, to the towering snow-peaked Fuji-san. I wanted to see, feel, experience everything I could. I first arrived in 2015, and have enjoyed it ever since! I believe educational positions not only call for professional, punctual, and responsible candidates, but also someone who can build a positive outlook on languages and cultures different than the students' native country. I am reminded that the most engaged teachers are the ones whom I remember the fondest, and whose teachings I remember the clearest. With all of my endeavors, I seek constantly to become more effective as an educator, and as often the only contact to a culture different than my students', an ever more reliable cultural resource.

I am born and raised in Japan but attended international school from elementary school through high school and attended Temple University Japan. I am interested in becoming an English teacher because of my bilingual background and ability to use Japanese to help students learn English.
