Welcome to the Dot-Com Business Tutor (Dot-Com Business Co.,Ltd) matching system teacher user agreement. By registering with us, you agree to comply with all terms below. 本規約は、株式会社ドットコムビジネス（Dot-Com Business Co.,Ltd）が運営する講師紹介システム（S1）における講師登録・利用条件を定めるものです。当サイトへ講師登録された時点で、本規約の全条項に同意したものとみなされます。

1. Eligibility第1条（登録資格）

Native English speakers, fluent bilingual speakers, and qualified Japanese English/EIKEN instructors residing in Japan with valid work authorization (or Japanese nationality/permanent residency) who will stay in Japan for at least 4 months may register with us. 日本国内に居住し、日本での就労が可能な有効なビザ（または日本国籍・永住権等）をお持ちで、4ヶ月以上継続して日本に滞在・指導可能なネイティブ講師・バイリンガル講師・日本人英語／英検講師の方がご登録いただけます。

2. Dot-Com Business Tutor Responsibilities第2条（弊社の役割と免責事項）

Our staff members arrange the initial introductory trial lesson to connect teachers and students. Dot-Com Business Co.,Ltd is not a party to the direct lesson fee payments between the student and teacher, and cannot be held liable for missed payments, cancellation charges, or private disputes between the student and teacher. 弊社スタッフは、講師と生徒様をお繋ぎする初回の無料体験レッスンの手配およびマッチングサポートを行います。毎回のレッスン料金は生徒様と講師の間で直接精算されるため、未払いやキャンセル料等に関する金銭トラブルについて弊社は一切の保証・賠償責任を負いかねます。

3. Teacher's Responsibilities第3条（講師の責務）

Teachers must be punctual and prepare appropriate lesson materials (or use S1's shared worksheets and EIKEN guides) tailored to the student's level and goals. Canceling lessons should only occur when unavoidable. If you must discontinue teaching, you must notify both your students and our office at least 1 month in advance. 講師は時間を厳守し、生徒様のレベルや目標（英検合格・英会話向上など）に合わせた適切な指導・教材準備を行う責任を負います。やむを得ない事情により指導を終了する場合は、少なくとも1ヶ月前までに担当生徒様および弊社事務局の双方へ必ずご連絡ください。

4. Your Profile & Personal Information第4条（プロフィール登録と個人情報の保護）

Online teacher profiles must be completed accurately. False information will result in immediate deletion. A valid mobile phone number and email address are required for smooth coordination, and will never be disclosed to a student until a trial lesson is officially arranged. プロフィール情報は正確にご入力ください（虚偽の内容が判明した場合は削除対象となります）。スムーズな連絡のため有効な携帯電話番号とメールアドレスの登録が必須ですが、体験レッスンが正式に決定するまで生徒様に連絡先が開示されることはありません。また、お写真はご本人の許可なく公開いたしません。

5. Lesson Fees & Expenses第5条（レッスン料金と諸費用の負担）

Teachers receive 100% of the lesson fee directly from the student in cash at the end of each lesson. The standard 1-on-1 lesson fee is fixed at ¥3,000 per 60 minutes (¥4,500 per 90 minutes). You must not negotiate, discount, or increase the lesson fee with students. For cafe lessons within your registered teaching area, both teacher and student pay for their own drinks and transportation. 講師は各レッスン終了時に、生徒様から直接現金でレッスン料（100%講師報酬）を受け取ります。マンツーマンレッスンの料金は60分 3,000円（90分 4,500円）で固定されており、生徒様と料金の交渉（値上げ・値下げ）を行うことは固く禁じられています。登録エリア内のカフェレッスンでは、交通費および各自の飲食代は講師・生徒それぞれの自己負担となります（希望エリア外への出張差額や生徒自宅派遣時の交通費は生徒負担）。

6. Free Trial Lesson (60 Minutes)第6条（初回60分の無料体験レッスン）

The initial trial lesson with a newly matched student is 60 minutes and is conducted free of charge (no lesson fee is paid for the trial lesson). 新しくご紹介した生徒様との初回体験レッスン（60分間）は無料で実施していただきます（体験レッスンに対するレッスン報酬は発生しません）。

7. Lesson Cancellation Policy (24-Hour Rule)第7条（レッスンのキャンセル規定）

Both teachers and students must notify each other at least 24 hours before the scheduled lesson time when canceling or rescheduling. For same-day cancellations by the student (within 24 hours), the teacher may request the 1-hour lesson fee at the next meeting (please confirm this rule politely with your student during the trial lesson). レッスンの日時変更やキャンセルは、講師・生徒双方とも予定時刻の24時間前までに行うものとします。生徒様都合による24時間以内の当日キャンセルについては、次回レッスン時に1時間分のレッスン料を請求することが可能です（トラブル防止のため、体験レッスン時に生徒様とあらかじめご確認ください）。

8. Process of Termination (1-Month Notice)第8条（退会・指導終了時の手続き）

Please provide at least 1 month's notice before stopping lessons or leaving Japan. Do not privately hand over your student to an unregistered person; our office will officially arrange a registered replacement tutor for the student. 帰国や転職等で指導を終了する場合は、少なくとも1ヶ月前までに生徒様および弊社へご連絡の上、所定の手続きを行ってください。当サイトに未登録の第三者を個人的に生徒様へ後任紹介することは禁止されています（弊社にて責任を持って後任の登録講師を手配いたします）。

9. Prohibited Activities第9条（禁止事項）

Soliciting S1 students into your own private business/school, requesting upfront bulk payments (まとめ払い), or violating fee rules is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate cancellation of your registration. 当サイトを通じて知り合った生徒様を個人の事業・スクールへ勧誘・引き抜く行為、および複数回分のレッスン料のまとめ払い（前払い）を要求・受領する行為は厳禁です。発覚した場合は直ちに講師登録を抹消いたします。

10. Student Matching & Communication第10条（生徒マッチングと連絡応対）

Students browse tutor profiles on our website and apply for a trial lesson. Our coordinator will email/SMS you to confirm your availability (意思確認メール). Please reply promptly even if you are currently unavailable. 生徒様がウェブサイト上の講師プロフィールから希望講師を選択すると、事務局より講師へ体験レッスンの可否確認（意思確認メール・SMS）をお送りします。スケジュール等の都合でお引き受けできない場合も、必ず速やかにご返信ください。

11–14. General Provisions & Governing Law第11条〜第14条（自己責任・規約改定・有効期間・準拠法）

Registration and use of this service are conducted at your own risk. Dot-Com Business Co.,Ltd reserves the right to update this agreement with email notice to teachers. This agreement remains effective while your account is active and is governed by the laws of Japan (jurisdiction: Tokyo District Court). 当サイトへの登録・利用はご自身の責任において行われるものとします。弊社は講師への通知をもって本規約を改定できるものとし、本規約は日本法に準拠し、東京地方裁判所を第一審の専属的合意管轄裁判所とします。
