Registration Cancellation Policy 講師登録の退会・抹消手続きについて
Procedures for pausing or discontinuing lessons and managing your tutor account. 帰国・転居・就職等によりレッスンを終了する場合の手続きと、担当生徒様への引き継ぎルールをご案内します。
1. Procedure for Teacher's Registration Cancellation (1-Month Notice) 1. 講師登録の退会・抹消手順（原則1ヶ月前までの申請）
If you are unable to continue your lessons due to returning to your home country, moving, starting a new job, or other reasons, please follow the steps below at least 1 month in advance: 帰国・引越し・就職・スケジュール変更などの理由でレッスンを継続できなくなった場合は、終了予定日の少なくとも1ヶ月前までに以下の手順でお手続きください。
- Step 1 (Notify Students): Please notify your current student(s) at least 1 month in advance that you are unable to continue the lessons, stating the reason for discontinuance. ステップ1（担当生徒様への事前連絡）：現在受け持っている生徒様に、レッスンを継続できなくなる旨とその理由を少なくとも1ヶ月前までにお伝えください。
- Step 2 (Guide Student to Teacher Replacement): Please ask your student(s) to apply for a free replacement teacher via the S1 English Support Desk (https://support.7match.biz/). ステップ2（生徒様への先生変更案内）：生徒様に、S1サポートデスク（https://support.7match.biz/）から新しい先生の紹介（先生変更）を申し込めることをご案内ください。
- Step 3 (Update or Cancel via MyPage / Support Form): Log in to your Tutor MyPage or submit your cancellation notice via the S1 Support Desk Form. ステップ3（マイページまたはサポート窓口への申請）：講師マイページまたはS1サポートデスクフォームより退会・掲載停止をご申請ください。
2. Resolving Issues with Students 2. 生徒様とのトラブル防止・事務局への相談について
If you encounter any issues (such as a student asking for private transactions outside S1 rules, or bothersome calls/messages), please clearly explain S1's official rules first. If the issue persists, contact Dot-Com Business Tutor immediately with: 退会後に個人的にレッスンを続けてほしいと求められた場合や、迷惑な連絡・規約外の要求があった場合は、まず当サイトの規約をお伝えいただき、解決しない場合は以下の情報を添えて事務局（info@atoc.biz）までご連絡ください。
- Your Teacher Registration ID & Full Name 講師登録ID（番号）およびお名前
- The Student's Full Name 該当する生徒様のお名前
- Details of the situation (please attach relevant emails or message screenshots) 具体的な状況・経緯（生徒様から届いたメールやメッセージの履歴を添付してください）
3. Smooth Handover for Existing Students 3. 担当生徒様のスムーズな引き継ぎ（先生変更のご案内）
When discontinuing lessons with an active student, please reassure them that S1 will arrange a replacement tutor promptly, and share this link with them: 現在レッスン中の生徒様とのお取り組みを終了する際は、事務局にて責任を持って後任の先生を手配いたしますので、生徒様へ以下のサポート窓口URLをお知らせください。

4. Immediate Registration Cancellation by Dot-Com Business Tutor 4. 事務局による即時登録抹消（強制退会）となるケース
Dot-Com Business Tutor will immediately cancel a teacher's registration under any of the following circumstances. Once cancelled for a rule violation, re-registration is strictly prohibited: 以下のいずれかに該当した場合、事務局は予告なく直ちに講師登録を抹消いたします（規約違反により登録抹消となった場合の再登録は一切お受けできません）。
- The registered phone number or email address is invalid / unreachable. 登録された電話番号が現在使われていない、またはメールアドレスがエラーで連絡が取れない場合。
- Repeatedly failing to reply to trial lesson inquiries from our office. 事務局からの体験レッスン紹介（意思確認メール等）に対して返信がない場合。
- No-show at a scheduled trial lesson without notifying the student in advance. 生徒様に事前の連絡なく体験レッスンを無断欠席（ドタキャン）した場合。

Engaging in prohibited private dealings or fee violations with students, such as:
• Negotiating or changing the fixed lesson rate (¥3,000 / 60 min for 1-on-1).
• Requesting transportation fees within your registered teaching stations/areas.
• Requesting the student to pay for your café drinks/food or demanding bulk upfront payments. 生徒様と規約外の直接取引や料金交渉を行った場合：
・規定のレッスン料金（マンツーマン60分3,000円）を勝手に値上げ・値下げ交渉すること。
・ご自身が登録した指導可能駅・エリア内でのレッスンで交通費を請求すること。
・ご自身のカフェ飲食代を生徒様に負担させること、またはレッスン料のまとめ払い（前払い）を要求すること。 - Soliciting students into private contracts outside S1, or causing any damage/trouble to students or Dot-Com Business Co.,Ltd. 生徒様を勧誘して個人契約や自身のスクールへ引き抜く行為、その他生徒様や弊社に損害・著しい不信感を与える行為があった場合。
