I have recently started & enjoy making the lesson suit the student. The first lesson I like to find out what needs the student has, and what goals the student has so that they can learn English that will help them.
If you have a textbook you would like to work through i can assist you. I can also provide some worksheets and printed material & topics to discuss.

I moved to Japan in September 2012 so my teaching experience here is limited, i only have a few students so far.
In Australia i worked in the hospitality industry for 4 years, both in small cafes and large factories. In all my positions i was required to work in a team and teach/train new staff.
In New Zealand i also worked in the hospitality industry for 2 years. This role also required that i train new staff, and work well with people.
