American; born in Salt Lake City Utah, and graduate of a post-graduate law degree (Juris Doctor) from Monash University, Australia. Monash Law School is ranked 13th world-wide according to the QS World University Rankings. Additionally, I have obtained a BA in Sociology; an AAS in Network Engineering and a Minor in Teaching.

I am interested in securing a position as a teacher in the area of ESL. I am an experienced teacher of 4 years, and highly skilled in the area of Business English; pubic speaking; meetings; negotiation; and most notably research and writing. What’s more, I am have a strong desire to impart strong critical thinking skills, which I have developed over the years while studying a post-graduate law degree, and working within the legal sector.

I am also professionally certified to teach, having obtained a Minor in Teaching (PTES-Professional Teacher Education Studies) from Mission College; a joint effort with Griggs University, of the United States, which involved a lengthy practicum. Additionally, I am a qualified BULATS Examiner and experienced in preparing students for IELTS; and TOEIC. I feel confident that my legal, marketing, technical, & teaching background is proof positive of my ability to teach you English.

Finally, I would like to inform you that I am a Japanese Resident and legally able to work as well as intend on remaining in Japan, permanently.
