Hi everyone!
My name is Doni and I am currently working as a water pipeways planner in Ota-ku Sanno. I have studied the Japanese language here in Tokyo 2 years ago. I decided to work here after studying Japanese and fortunately, I was given an opportunity to work for a company. My life in Tokyo while studying was tough however as I love Japan, the culture and language, I was able to do well with it. It is a once in a lifetime chance for me hence I exerted my time in learning and enjoying what the country has to offer.
Learning a language needs time and willingness so I am still in the learning curve to be better.
Same thing in learning English, I have Japanese friends who find it difficult to communicate in English but with constant encouragement, support and motivation I always give them, they were able to enjoy and learn the language without pressure. More over, learning various things with confidence.
I am happy and proud to see their improvements everytime we meet, having fun, having sensible conversations while drinking coffee or eating.
I have been teaching English prior to my travel to study here in Tokyo and my students are all Japanese. I really appreciate the fact that Japanese are very keen and focus on studying so I am taking this opportunity to continue what I have started, my passion and that is teaching.
One way or another, I have been able to uplift their morale in learning the English language and will continue to the same with everyone who are open, driven and willing to learn and improve their English communication skills.
