I have expertise and many years' experience training students for IELTS and know how to complete the test effectively to achieve the highest potential score, including time management strategies and simple guidelines for completing the Writing test, as well as help with communication and language content for the Speaking test. I also have a lot of experience teaching English for Academic Purposes, as well as editing support for university applications. As well as academic English, I have hundreds of hours of experience of teaching Business English in corporate settings for groups or private students in Japan. I can provide high-value online lessons.

I taught General English at Linguaphone Academy from 2001-2008. From 2008-2011 I was in the U.K. and taught at college and university, preparing students for IELTS and university entrance exams, as well as Pre-sessional.
In 2011 I started teaching Business English classes to corporate students in Tokyo, small groups, one-to-one classes and intensive courses for employees going to work overseas.
From 2017 to the present I have been teaching IELTS and Academic English and editing students' university applications. I have a lot of experience teaching online.
