I have always loved Japanese culture, especially the underground hiphop scene, that is super big compared to Denmark. But because I am still in the process of learning Japanese, it's hard to immerse myself completely, with the culture. That is also why I want to teach english in Japan. The textbooks are never the same as everyday topics and if you are a younger person that want to understand and want to be able to have a realistic conversation with natives, the best way is to try and speak it, even if you make mistakes.
Everybody is welcome and mistakes is not a flaw, but a sign of progress. I know that it's hard to learn a new language and it can feel very embarrassing at times. My Japanese is also not advanced, but I will try my best to express myself without hesitation. Let's all practice together and learn from each other! がんばって!
