日本に来たきっかけと、英語先生になったきっかけ

Actually I was born and raised in Japan. The purpose of becoming an English is, when I saw the English curriculums in Japanese schools. I figured out why the Japanese citizen couldn't speak English and more of the fear to English was gaining. That's why I wanted to teach them the right way to use English and encourage them.

Hi I'm Rita.
I am mixed half Japanese and Filipina. So I would like you to know that I am pretty much familiar with both Japanese and Filipino people's feeling when it comes to learning English. I, myself had a hard time acquiring to speak English again (for some reason, I had 10 years of blank not using English) .But I wanted something exciting when it comes to learning. I tried to find out how to enjoy learning English once again. The important thing here, is to always imagine a goal you, yourself using the English. As long as you have the necessity of learning it and enjoying it, you will definitely reach your goal. So I'm hoping you will treasure that and keep using it forever. I will be really glad to help you out achieve your goal!

私はにほんじんとフィリピン人のハーフです。なので、日本人とフィリピン人の人が英語を学ぶ時に抱く気持ちは結構分かります。私自身、英語英会話をもう一度習得するのに結構大変でした（理由があって１０年ほど英語英会話を離れていました）。でも楽しく学びたいので、どのようにすれば楽しく学べるかを見つけました。とても大事なことは、英語を話している自分の姿を目標として想像することです。英語が分かったから終わり！ではなく、英語をどのように自分が未来で使っているか、です。学ぶ必要性や楽しめていればいるほど必ず目標は達成されます。そのイメージを大切に永遠に使っていけるようにして欲しいと思います。あなたの目標達成のためにお手伝いを冴えていただければ幸いです。

学歴・職歴・英語関連資格

I have one year of teaching the elementary to high school Japanese students at a cram school. Three years of teaching English conversation and one year of training Filipino teachers online how to conduct the lessons for Japanese students. Other works I have done at the same time is making a curriculum for English learners, creating the lesson plans for all levels, making the guidelines in order to teach Japanese students in Japanese way.
