To further pursue my teaching career and expand my experiences in a different country

I lived in Japan from 2000 to 2005 and moved back to Canada to pursue a Banking Career. After 20 years and really missing Japan I decided to move back and continue my TESOL teaching career. I am currently enrolled studying a Masters at Temple University Japan.

I have always been interested in Japan's culture and language, so I wanted to be able to experience it firsthand. I am also hoping that I will get better at my japanese. I would like to help other people with my English, so that they can get better too!

I first visited Japan with my family when I was 8 years old, and I instantly fell in love with the culture. From that moment, I dreamed of living here. In 2015, after graduating high school, that dream came true when I enrolled in a Japanese university. I worked hard to achieve native-level Japanese, and now I work for a Japanese company where I use both Japanese and English every day. 日本に惚れたきっかけは、8歳のときに家族と一緒に日本を旅行したことです。 その瞬間からいつか日本に住みたいとう夢を見初めました。 そして2015年には高校卒業後、日本の大学に進学してその夢を叶えました。 ネイティブレベルの日本語を身につけるために一生懸命勉強し、 現在は日本の会社で働いており、日本語と英語の両方を使っている生活しています。

I came to Japan a year ago to progress further into Japanese society. The fundamental of this is to learn Japanese and as someone who is learning a new language, I have a good understanding when it comes to supporting the students in the best way possible.

My wife is Japanese. After living for many years in England, we decided to sample life in Japan. I chose to be an English teacher as I enjoy meeting new people and helping them to attain their hopes and dreams.

I love the culture and getting to know people! I also love to help in any way I can.

I chose to start teaching in Japan to immerse myself in a culturally rich environment while supporting my husband during his PhD studies. Teaching English allows me to share my language skills and engage with diverse learners, fostering cross-cultural communication. Additionally, I believe that working in education will enhance my understanding of Japanese culture and language, creating a mutually beneficial experience for both my students and me.

I came to Japan with my then-wife, so that she could go to school here. I got a job teaching English to pass the time and really enjoyed it. I also enjoyed living here, so more than 13 years later, I’m still here.

I came to Japan to study Japanese Art and improve my Japanese, i also love to teach people languages like English or French !

I’m here because my husband is Japanese. As I told on my resume, I finished school in the USA,BOSTON, and I would like to get use to being involved in Japan without my husband’ help. Yet, I like teaching work. I think it is very worthy work.

I originally came to Japan for snowboarding but i have always had a passion for teaching, and so what better way to start a teaching career than by teaching my native language to people that would greatly benefit from my language as they'll be able to communicate with other around the world.

I have been awarded a scholarship from the Japanese Government to study in Japan. In my free time, I have started working as an part time English teacher for kids at Dr. Tech and Iwade Academy.

Actually I was born and raised in Japan. The purpose of becoming an English is, when I saw the English curriculums in Japanese schools. I figured out why the Japanese citizen couldn't speak English and more of the fear to English was gaining. That's why I wanted to teach them the right way to use English and encourage them.

I came to Japan to help Japanese learn the language and speak English better.

My major was the initial reason why I came to Japan. However, I started finding myself more reasons to stay in Japan and pursue a career in becoming an English teacher. I started it as a part-time job and I feel like it is now a passion of mine to influence the younger generation of Japan to connect globally by first building their English skills and then assisting them in whatever they need in order to build these skills.

Ｉ love Japan’s unique culture and tourist sites. I became an English teacher as I love developing people's communication skills and building genuine connections!

I am a lover of Japanese history and literature, so I came to this country and I am continuing to love it.

I came to Japan as a University student studying International Liberal Studies and quickly became interested in teaching English here as I find many people wish to learn English but struggle to either start or master it so I wish to help share my knowledge and skills.
