日本に来たきっかけと、英語先生になったきっかけ

I love teaching and work with the people. Moreover, I always try to learn from my students, team members and job environment. I continuously update myself with new skills and knowledge to provide support to my students in enhancing their learning and academic experience. I am fluent in English and office software. I am perceived as an energetic, dedicated, and proactive person interested in working for the overall development of the team.

英語を勉強する生徒へアドバイス

My family used to speak English as our house language since our childhood. Moreover, I studied in a missionary school, where English is the main concentration for education. Even I completed my Bachelor, Masters and PhD in English version. To complete my PhD, I had to stay in Malaysia for a long time, and English was my primary language there in everyday life. I have developed my English proficiency through formal academic education, professional teaching, and continuous self-directed learning. My higher education was completed in English-medium institutions, where I regularly engaged in academic writing, research publication, and presentations. I have also participated in international conferences and collaborative research, which strengthened my academic communication skills. Among the four skills, I am particularly strong in reading and writing due to extensive research and publication experience, while I continuously improve my speaking and listening through presentations, online courses, and interaction with international colleagues. Additionally, I continued my teaching in the English version too. So, I have a strong command of English, not only in daily life but also in the academic area. To overcome weaknesses, I actively practice structured speaking, seek feedback, and engage with academic and professional English content daily.

Engaging the learner with the content or learning material very important. I do believe, it is working better than just memorizing.
