I've always wanted to visit and if possible live in Japan, now I have a Japanese wife and have been living in Japan for over 16 years. Teaching is my passion and I really Enjoy watching my students progress.

We relocated to Japan for my husband’s new job. I became an ESL/EFL Instructor to help immigrants in the United States and then obtained my M.A. after relocating to Japan, where I taught at various educational institutions.

My family is here in Japan and I’m hired as a public school teacher here in Kanagawa.

Japan unexpectedly captured my heart, leading me to trade a routine life for one filled with the dynamic energy of teaching English. The transition felt natural, fueled by the contagious excitement of friends already creating magic in their classrooms. Years later, I've become known as the teacher who transformed English class into a world of adventure. Inspired by those who paved the way before me, I jumped into this journey with a pocket full of stories and a mission to make learning an unforgettable experience. Today, my classes are where fun and education intertwine, crafting lasting memories. Teaching Work

To further pursue my teaching career and expand my experiences in a different country

I married a Japanese lady in the UK and wanted to experience life in Japan. I became an English teacher because I always wanted to be a teacher.

I fell in love with a Japanese girl. We are still happily married after 35 years! And I love my language.

My father have been living in Japan since 2001 so, I shifted here with my family 6 years ago. Being a Pakistani, English is my second language as I have been studying English since my childhood until now, and one my my dreams of becoming a teacher motivated me to become an English teacher here in Japan and avail the opportunity as an non-Japanese job.

17 years ago I came to Japan on a 2 month home stay. I was living in the Nihonbashi area of Tokyo at the time, and fell in love with Kamakura on a trip there one weekend. I decided to come back and live there for a year. I became an Eikaiwa teacher to make this happen. My original plan was to stay a year but it has been almost 15 years now. I enjoy helping students on the road to becoming great English speakers!

I came to Japan to experience the culture and learn the language I think being a teacher helps me to develop my personality since I deal with various kinds of people. That's what I've always wanted

Family

That was a long story. I was in California, U.S. taking my highschool classes, but at that time my girlfriend was in China, so the time difference was 15 hours. since i'm a responsible man, i wanted to make some change. so i came to JP since the time difference between JP and China is only 1 hour. but right after i came to JP, my girlfriend cheated on me, so she is my ex now. Since i lived in U.S. for years and most of my friends are American and i'm taking classes in english in Meiji Gakuin University anyway, i think i could teach some english here.
