英語を勉強する生徒へアドバイス

I’m a 27-year-old native English speaker with extensive professional and academic experience in literary studies and creative writing. Having lived in the UK for four years before moving to Tokyo, I worked in the editorial department of various publishing companies while obtaining an MA in Creative Writing from Birkbeck, University of London. I have also served as a freelance copywriter and journalist for international print and Web publications, including the Japan Times, for the past eight years.

I speak intermediate Japanese but am on a postgraduate research scholarship at Sophia University. I have taught both Japanese students and adults while living in Japan during 2008 to 2009, assisting their understanding of everything from English conversational skills to composition, reading and grammar.

Looking forward very much to meeting you!
