I loved Japan since I was young, and teaching English has always been my passion.

I chose to start teaching in Japan to immerse myself in a culturally rich environment while supporting my husband during his PhD studies. Teaching English allows me to share my language skills and engage with diverse learners, fostering cross-cultural communication. Additionally, I believe that working in education will enhance my understanding of Japanese culture and language, creating a mutually beneficial experience for both my students and me.

I came to Japan as an Akidoist student, I have always been fascinated with the martial art since I was in high school, and the sport is trendy in the US, but I wanted to experience it in Japan and practice in a Japanese Dojo, it always has a dream of mine to come to Japan since I was a child, after my first visit I felt that this the place for me and about a year later, I moved here

• Instruction in practical English for travel purposes, including vocabulary and phrases needed for navigating various travel scenarios.
• Special focus on preparing students for situations they may encounter on cruise ships or in different countries.
5. Corporate Language Training (English & German)
• Teaching English and German to employees preparing for international assignments, especially in business contexts involving travel to countries such as Germany and Austria.

I taught English to Japanese students when I was in college in San Francisco and I fell in love with Japan and Japanese culture.

I can teach conversational English and Business English using text books, conversation, videos, documents and educational websites.

I came to Japan with my then-wife, so that she could go to school here. I got a job teaching English to pass the time and really enjoyed it. I also enjoyed living here, so more than 13 years later, I’m still here.

Student-provided texts allow for lessons to be more focused on each student’s particular needs or interests.

I came to Japan to pursue my PhD Studies. I want to teach English to the students because I know the tricks that how to motivate the students to speak English without any hesitation. I will provide a comfortable environment for the students. I have more than 20 years of teaching experience in English teaching (Both Online and On-site)

Welcome to my English conversation classes. In this class, you’ll be able to understand different cultures while learning English language. My goal for my students is to appreciate language through fun and engaging practical conversation classes. I’ll be there to guide you through your language acquisition journey in becoming a “global citizen”.

The materials used will depend on the student’s request. Most of the materials will be online resources and self-made worksheets. Should you have special request, or if you want to use the books you already have, that would also be okay.

I have been living in Japan for almost 6 years and the reasons for that are because I'm interested in the language, the people and the culture here. However, while living in Japan I realized that English- the international language is needed anywhere including the countries with English as the official language, Japan and even in my home country Vietnam. It's not only the communication tool but also the important key that helps me open my mind and have different perspectives. That's why I ended up with the English communication major and became an English teacher who's teaching English as a foreign language.

Just be comfortable and have fun while learning the language. I often use phonic journey textbooks and we can textbooks for students from 4 to 15 years old. I also use Interchange textbooks for high school students. Besides, I think Prism textbooks are suitable for university students.

I came to Japan to study Japanese Art and improve my Japanese, i also love to teach people languages like English or French !

I usually do my best to put my students at ease and i don’t mind being casual since it’s usually the best way to make the other person wants to learn a language.

Japan is my country of birth. I just want to help people with acquiring a language that can open doors for them.

All English class, but can use occasionally use Japanese to help improve learning efficiency.

I’m here because my husband is Japanese. As I told on my resume, I finished school in the USA,BOSTON, and I would like to get use to being involved in Japan without my husband’ help. Yet, I like teaching work. I think it is very worthy work.

I would like to explore my personal potential after Master’s degree, and Japan has triggered my interest for its comfortable living environment and delicate culture. As a graduate majoring in Clinical Biochemistry, I am seeking opportunities to root my career here. Meanwhile, I also want to exchange my English skills

I can teach Conversational English, and IELTS, TOFEL, TOEIC (exam English). We can talk about any topic that interests you and practice English together.
I can switch to different accent so British English and American English are both ok for me.

I came to Japan because I was drawn to its rich culture, fascinating history, and unique way of life.
