I have one year of teaching the elementary to high school Japanese students at a cram school. Three years of teaching English conversation and one year of training Filipino teachers online how to conduct the lessons for Japanese students. Other works I have done at the same time is making a curriculum for English learners, creating the lesson plans for all levels, making the guidelines in order to teach Japanese students in Japanese way.

Actually I was born and raised in Japan. The purpose of becoming an English is, when I saw the English curriculums in Japanese schools. I figured out why the Japanese citizen couldn't speak English and more of the fear to English was gaining. That's why I wanted to teach them the right way to use English and encourage them.

I was in medical school pursuing my dream to be a doctor but I got exhausted and want to take a break from studying so I came to Japan to visit my mom who was working at the U.S Embassy back then. After touring Japan for 3months I decided to work as a fitness instructor for kids in English. I didn’t know that it is my passion and I became so motivated to teach English to people not only to kids but to career oriented people as well.

I wish to help prospective students become more and more comfortable about using English, and to foster a learning environment that is welcoming of mistakes and improvements. I have studied at a British international school for around 10 years, in which the principal language of instruction was English. It was common for me to translate English to Japanese and vice versa for my classmates when we were outside of the school and interacting with the wider Japanese society. Make mistakes when learning a language, that's one of the ways you learn. Learning any language takes time and practice as well, so repeat everything you learn and don't stop.

I use customized lessons and make my own materials. I usually make them in advance and the topic depends on the student's preferences. Textbooks may also vary．It depends on what the student wants to learn.
