The culture and people.

I am half japanese and I want to know more about my new homeland. I'm very passionate about language learning.

I'm passionate about English, and love adventure, so I came to Japan as an adventure! I love living here and I haven't left. I love helping my students achieve their dreams of improving their English for the business, travel, or personal lives!

My husband's job brought us here to Japan four years ago. I was a nurse and an Online English teacher in the Philippines. I continued my passion for teaching until the strike of the pandemic. I took a Master of Arts in Education course to upskill my self and learn more about he pedagogy of teaching.

US Military

I moved to Japan because I am half Japanese and my family lives here, so it was a natural choice for me. Additionally, I've always had a desire to explore and experience another culture. Becoming an English teacher felt like a natural fit because I love sharing knowledge and helping others learn and grow.

17 years ago I came to Japan on a 2 month home stay. I was living in the Nihonbashi area of Tokyo at the time, and fell in love with Kamakura on a trip there one weekend. I decided to come back and live there for a year. I became an Eikaiwa teacher to make this happen. My original plan was to stay a year but it has been almost 15 years now. I enjoy helping students on the road to becoming great English speakers!

Culture and education

I love learning about different countries cultures and foreign languages , one of my biggest dreams since childhood was to study and live in Japan. I want to make a positive impact on the future of children and hopefully encourage them to be lifelong learners, As always I see students struggling during language learning process and see the learning process very challenging I decided to help and share my experience with students . One of the most important points that led me to become a teacher is that I love learning , I think being a teacher means that you are full-time learner .

My marriage brought me to Japan 27 years ago, when I spoken very little Japanese. While I was learning Japanese, I came to see how a language could change a person's life. It's such a wonderful thing that people can communicate without language barrier. Besides, learning a language is so fun. I've always liked speaking with people. Now I can do this in Japanese, and I hope more and more Japanese people can speak with non Japanese speakers freely in English.

I majored in Japanese and Marketing at my university in Australia and I wanted to learn real daily conversational Japanese while living and working in Japan. I also enjoy helping Japanese people to learn English communication skills, so that they can realize their dreams and goals related to using English Eg: travel, work, making international friends, watching TV shows & movies in English etc

Interest in Japanese culture

I was an English teacher in Pakistan. I got the opportunity to come to Japan to enhance my skills as a teacher. Japanese education system is a complete new experience for me. Having this experience, I can become a better English teacher.
